Your contract for medical services is directly with the chosen provider, not with Medipaths.

6. Payments & Fees

Medipaths operates on a commission-free model. Patients are not charged extra fees by Medipaths for inquiries or bookings.
Any payments for medical services are made directly between you and the provider.

7. Limitation of Liability

Medipaths is not responsible for the outcome of medical treatments, the conduct of providers, or any medical complications.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medipaths disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Medipaths (text, images, design, software, logos) is protected by intellectual property laws.
